Core Fitness take spin to another level with the introduction of the upgraded Keiser spin bikes.
We are now taking bookings for cycle club winter cycling and have brought legendary spin coach Jim ‘Stoker’ Stokes onboard to take some classes.

Classes have limited availability and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
