I have been a personal trainer and coach within the fitness industry for over 10 years and whilst I have only recently opened my own studio I was also senior manager of a successful health club in Belfast for 8 ½ years. In my career so far I have helped many clients achieve their goals – I specialize in strength training for fat loss to help increase clients lean body tissue. This method of training really enhances the body’s metabolism (your engine for burning fat) and creates fantastic results. I find that clients really enjoy training this way as opposed to running on the treadmill for 60 minutes. The long terms results speak for themselves.
In addition to this I have also helped many sport specific clients improve performance and GP referral clients to make improvements in health. The biggest satisfaction I get from it is when my clients achieve their goals – that is why I love doing what I do. I am very passionate and motivated to help educate clients in exercise and nutrition so that when you complete training sessions with me you can continue to maintain or improve your health and physique long into the future.
I also deliver nutritional seminars & workshops, take corporate team building bootcamps and often work within the educational sector teaching pupils about the benefits of exercise and nutrition.
I love coaching my 6 week personal training transformation programs using a blend of PT and Bootcamps to help new clients build healthy habits and achieve leaner physiques in a 6 week time frame.
